Community Associations Benefit from Credentialed Managers Education and Experience
Richmond, VA April 28, 2009 - Community Group, an Associa Company, proudly announces Jennifer Berryman and Carl Hayslett recently earned the credential Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), award by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
The CMCA credential signifies managers have passed NBC-CAM’s national exam and met the requirements for managing condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. Certified managers must also adhere to the CMCA Standards of Professional Conduct and take continuing education.
Ms. Berryman and Mr. Hayslett are in good company, Community Group has 40 credentialed managers managing condominium, single family, townhome and commercial associations. Community Group has been providing quality developer consulting, management and accounting services to community associations in the Richmond, Charlottesville, Williamsburg, Newport News, and Virginia Beach areas since 1983.
