"Riverside on the James Selects Community Group"
RICHMOND (NOVEMBER 2009) - Community Group has been awarded the management contract for Riverside on the James, a stunning 122 unit high rise condominium. Riverside on the James is located on the banks of the James River and the Canal Turning Basin in the heart of downtown Richmond. These condominiums offer spectacular views of the James River and the Richmond cityscape and are convenient to the National Park Service Richmond Civil War Visitor Center at the Tredegar Iron Works, the Virginia State Capital and downtown Richmond theatre, events and shopping. Phase I has been completed and is a mixed use of residential units and commercial space. Gateway at SONO is located in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake and the project is an essential piece to the revitalization of this area.

The Village at Highlands is a developing community located in Albemarle County. It is an upscale community of 38 one level homes set in a natural setting. The Village at Highlands is located on Mechum River Road, just off of Route 240, minutes from Charlottesville. The community will eventually consist of 50 homes. Construction is being performed by Craig Builders, a Charlottesville company with over 50 years of construction and development experience.
