There are two ways you may sign up for direct debit services through KliknPay. You may sign up either online or by mail. To sign up online, click on the "Pay Online" link found on the Community Group website or, if you choose to sign up by mail, you must complete the Direct Debit Authorization Form and mail your completed form along with a voided check to our office. The form is available on our website; however, if you are running a popup blocker on your internet browser, you must disable this in order to access the Direct Debit Authorization Form.
No. We must have the original forms on file here in our office.
If you registered for direct debits by completing the paper authorization form, you will receive a letter from Klik notifying you when your automatic payments will begin. If you registered online, you will receive an online receipt that shows the debit date, payment date, and debit amount. It is recommended that you print this receipt and save it for your record.
Yes. When registering via the website, homeowners who pay their assessments quarterly need to make sure they choose the "current quarterly amount due" option. Homeowners who pay their assessment payments semi-annually or annually need to make sure they choose the "current amount due" option. Homeowners who pay their assessments monthly need to choose the "fixed monthly amount" option.
Not at this time. We may offer this option in the future and there would be a fee for this option charged by the credit card company, not Community Group.
Homeowners can make a one-time payment only if they have set up an account on the website with KliknPay. To set up an account, click on the "Pay Online" link found on our website.
Yes. You can log in to your KliknPay account and schedule one-time payments even though you are signed up for recurring payments.
No. You must set up a separate username and password for each property you own.
Yes, however, you need to notify them of the new mailing address. Payments need to be sent to the New Jersey address listed on your coupons instead of the Community Group address. You also need to make sure you include your full account number on the check. An example of an account number would be RICG1234ABC.
KliknPay users only have the ability to cancel a recurring payment. If you wish to cancel a one-time payment, you must contact Klik directly with your request. You may cancel a recurring payment by logging in to your account you set up online and click on the "Payments" tab. From there you can cancel a scheduled payment as long as it is not already in the processed stage. You may also email Klik at customercare@klik.com for assistance.
If you signed up online, it is very important that you read the confirmation page and the receipt page when setting up payments. On the confirmation page and on the receipt page, there are two dates listed. A debit date and a payment date. It says beside the debit date that “Funds are withdrawn from your bank account on this day to make your payment by the payment date”. Therefore, if you specified your payment date to be the 1st of the month, you can expect it to be debited from your bank account two business days earlier. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays do not count as business days. If you signed up using the paper authorization form, you will notice there are several dates listed on the form for you to choose from. These dates are debit dates not payment dates. You are selecting what date you would like to have funds withdrawn from your bank account.
You need to notify Klik at customercare@klik.com if you want to cancel your direct debit payments. Community Group can not cancel homeowners direct debit payments initiated over the website.
No. If you are registered for direct debit and Klik rejects your payment, future direct debit payments continue until you notify Klik to cancel your account. Some of the reasons Klik would reject your payment would be for insufficient funds or your account is under collections. The only reason the direct debit would cancel is if the bank account is closed.
